Luxury 3 Bed Home in Nallur

We want to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay for all our guests. Please take a moment to read and adhere to the following house rules during your stay at our rental properties:

1. Check-in and Check-out Times

   • Check-in: From 2:00 PM onwards.
   • Check-out: By 11:00 AM.
   • If you require an early check-in or late check-out, please request in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you, subject to availability.

2. No Smoking

   • All properties are non-smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises. Designated smoking areas will be provided. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

3. Respect for Neighbours

   • Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially during nighttime (from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM).
   • Parties, events, or gatherings without prior approval are not permitted.

4. Pet Policy

   • We love pets but unfortunately, we do not allow pets at our properties, unless specifically mentioned in the property description. If pets are allowed, please keep them under control and clean up after them.

5. Guests

   • Only the registered guests are allowed to stay at the property. If you plan to have additional guests or visitors, please inform us in advance.

6. Damage and Loss

   • You are responsible for any damage to the property during your stay. Please notify us immediately if there are any issues or accidents. We may charge for any damage or missing items.

7. Cleanliness

   • Please maintain the cleanliness of the property during your stay. If you have any issues with cleanliness, kindly let us know so we can address them promptly.
   • We request that you dispose of trash properly in the provided bins.

8. Security and Locking Doors

   • Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. This ensures the security of your belongings and the property.

9. Electrical Appliances

   • Please ensure all electrical appliances are turned off when not in use to conserve energy and prevent potential hazards.

10. Parking

    Please park in the designated parking areas only. Do not block any driveways or other vehicles.

11. Respect for Property Please treat the property and its furnishings with care. We kindly ask that you do not move or rearrange the furniture without prior consent.

12. Alcohol Guests are welcome to consume alcohol, but excessive drinking and disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated. Please drink responsibly.

13. Emergency Contact In case of an emergency or if you need assistance during your stay, please contact +94 7601 80926 immediately.

14. Lost Keys If you lose the keys or access card to the property, please notify us immediately. A charge may apply for replacement keys.
